Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Child Safety Standards — Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
BeGreenly strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including content or conduct that sexually exploits, endangers, or solicits minors. This prohibition applies to all content and interactions on BeGreenly. Do not create, upload, share, request, or promote such material or behavior.
How to report: Use the Report option on a post in the app and explain that the report concerns suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation. If you cannot report it in the app, or need to report an account or another child-safety concern, email [email protected]. Include the relevant post or account details and any information needed to locate the concern. Do not email or redistribute illegal imagery.
Review and action: In-app reports are added to BeGreenly's moderation queue for review. If a report is upheld, BeGreenly removes the reported content; for a confirmed violation, BeGreenly may also delete the responsible account. Reports can be rejected when a review does not establish a violation. Please use the email above to follow up on a child-safety report.

International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws than your own country.
