By downloading and using the BeGreenly app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the app.

Account Creation and Use:

● You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account and use the BeGreenly app.

● If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

● You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

● You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

User Content:

● You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or share on the BeGreenly app ("User Content").

● You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, By uploading User Content, you grant BeGreenly a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the App and BeGreenly's services.

● You agree not to upload, share, or otherwise distribute any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or otherwise violates any applicable laws or regulations.

● BeGreenly reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.

Community Guidelines

● Posting or sharing content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

● Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards other users.

● Impersonating another individual or entity.

● Uploading content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

BeGreenly reserves the right to remove any content or suspend user accounts that violate these Community Guidelines.

Begreenly Tokens:

● Begreenly tokens are a virtual currency within the app and have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchange for cash.

● Begreenly tokens are earned through user activity on the app and can be used for features such as unlocking badges, participating in challenges, or making donations to environmental causes.

● BeGreenly reserves the right to modify the ways in which Begreenly tokens are earned and used at any time or terminate the rewards program at any time.

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by BeGreenly or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the App.

Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BeGreenly. BeGreenly has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such third-party websites or services is at your own risk.

● BeGreenly is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BeGreenly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

● BeGreenly does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability:

● In no event shall BeGreenly, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Termination:

● BeGreenly reserves the right to terminate your access to the app for any reason, at any time, without notice.

Governing Law:
